Landlord Certificate (EICR)

New government guidelines requires an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) is conducted every 5 years and at the change of each tenancy. Failure to meet these requirements make landlords liable for prosecution. As a result, On Point Electrical Solutions Ltd provide high standard but affordable EICRs to minimise the risk that landlords face. Once the report is completed we issue you with an official certificate in line with BS7671. Where any remedial work is required we will discuss this with you prior to issuing the certificate.
